John Ruddy has been practicing law since 1977. John graduated form the University of Denver and obtained his J.D. degree from John Marshall Law School. Lincoln King concentrates in all types of bankruptcy representation. He represents debtors and creditors in Chapters 7, 11, 12, and 13. Lincoln focuses his representation on debtors in Chapter 7 and 13 in personal and business bankruptcies. He has been with our office since law school serving first as a law clerk (beginning in 2001), then as an associate, and eventually becoming a partner in 2005.

Raj graduated from The Kelly School of Business at Indiana University with a major in Finance and a concentration in Accounting. He obtained his Juris Doctor from the John Marshall Law School.
Raj advises clients regarding a wide spectrum of commercial law issues. He works with clients on contract disputes, foreclosures, debt collection, business formation and other commercial related issues. Raj also has an interest in domestic relations, including divorce.
Raj is admitted to the Illinois State Bar and the General Bar of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
Prior to entering the legal field Raj was a property manager for several Aurora businesses. He is familiar with the people and businesses in his local community.
Raj has a basic understanding of the Gujarati and Spanish language. His family is from Mumbai, India and he travels to India frequently on commercial matters.
